Creation of a business plan

In many start-up and early-stage processes, a structured and clearly formulated business plan is required - whether for applying for funding, start-up grants or loans. A professionally prepared business plan also forms a central basis for start-up grants and when preparing for meetings with investors or banks.

This product includes the creation of an approx. 25-page text document that presents the business project in a structured form - well-founded in terms of content, clearly structured and tailored to the respective purpose.

The scope of services includes:

• a one-hour initial meeting to record the company-relevant data and to jointly identify potential for improvement, which can be specifically addressed in the preparation of the business plan,
• the structured preparation of the essential content:
  • Description of the problem and solution,
  • target group and market analysis
  • competition and positioning
  • business model and revenue logic
  • product or service description
  • team structure and competencies
    strategic milestones and development perspective
  • a final feedback and handover meeting to review and discuss the final document.

• Startups in the pre-foundation phase that require a professional plan for submission to funding institutions, banks or programs
• Startup teams in scholarship programs (e.g. EXIST, start-up grant) that require a structured written presentation of the project
